Terms and Conditions
Deposit
A safari confirmation will need 40% deposit and 50% deposit if a safari includes purchase of gorilla permits. However a client can also pay full payment if he/she so wishes.
Final Payments:
Not less than 3 weeks prior to departure date. All safari funds must be fully paid before the start of the safari.
Mode of payment
- Telegraphic Transfer (TT). Wire transfer to our specified account (NET of bank charges).
- Cash payments. Cash payments in USD (United States Dollar) with series notes above the year 2000. USD series below the year 2000 and small denominations notes of USD 1-49 fetch a lower exchange rate.
3.Cancellation Policy
Amazing Safaris Ltd shall put a surcharge of 20% of total cost of the tour exclusive of gorilla permit fees but not exceeding USD 700 .However refunds on accommodation, Gorilla and Chimpanzee permits are at the discretion of the relevant authority.
Liability
The company and its employees act only as agents of the passenger at all times in all matters relating to tours and it accepts no responsibility for any illness, injury, death, loss or damage to persons or property. The company will solicit for fairness and justice on behalf of its client but will not be held responsible for any decisions over services provided outside the company and beyond its control.
