1 DAY KAMPALA CITY TOUR

After breakfast we shall proceed to the Kasubi tombs, the traditional burial grounds of the former kings of Buganda. Thereafter we will proceed to Namirembe cathedral and Rubaga cathedral, one of the biggest Christian churches in Africa.

Both churches offer a magnificent view of Kampala city. From there we shall proceed to Makerere University to have a look at the oldest education tower in East Africa. Thereafter we shall proceed to the Uganda museum and the National theatre. We shall have lunch and thereafter connect to Bahai temple and proceed to Owino market and Nakasero market. These are the biggest markets in the country with a variety of fresh foods and second hand items.
We shall later proceed to Kibuli Mosque, the biggest mosque in Kampala and if time allows proceed to Uganda Matyrs shrine where most of the Uganda Matyrs were burnt and buried.
