Day 1: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park

After breakfast head towards the west from Kampala and have a stop-over at the Equator for photographs. Thereafter we shall proceed to Mbarara town for lunch before continuing our journey to Queen Elizabeth National Park. On our way to the park we may see Lions, Elephants, Leopards, Buffaloes, Hyenas and a variety of Antelope species.
Overnight at Mweya Safari Lodge/Jacana Safari Lodge (High end) Or Mweya Hostel (budget).

Day 2: In Queen Elizabeth National Park

Early morning tea/coffee followed with an early game drive at 6.30am.There are excellent opportunities to see Lions, Leopards, Giant Forest Hogs, Buffaloes, Elephants, Defassa Waterbucks, Uganda Kobs, Topi and Bush Bucks. Return to lodge by 11am for breakfast.
After lunch, we shall go for the 2-hour boat cruise on the Kazinga Channel and into Lake Edward.

This trip gives avenue for seeing possibly the highest concentration of hippos and many animals may be seen drinking at the water's edge. The launch cruise also offers an excellent platform for photography, bird watching and game viewing.Return to lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 3: In Queen Elizabeth National Park

After a very early breakfast, there is an optional possibility of either going to the Kyambura gorge for chimpanzee tracking with a possibility of seeing a variety of other primates or going for another for game drive to view wildlife. Return for breakfast/Lunch.

After lunch, we shall visit the Crater Lakes region, Baboon Cliffs and traditional salt work production at the enclave of Lake Katwe.

This is one of the oldest salt mines in Uganda established in the 14th Century. Return to lodge for dinner and overnight.

DAY 4: Transfer to Murchison Falls National Park

After breakfast transfer to Murchison Falls. Have lunch stop in Hoima and thereafter proceed to the park.
Overnight at Murchison Falls National Park at either Paraa Safari Lodge or Nile Safari Camp(High end), Sambiya River Lodge(Medium end) or Red Chilli Rest Camp(budget)

Day 5: In Murchison Falls National Park

After breakfast, we shall go for an early morning game drive. Plenty of game can be encountered on the Buligi, Albert and Queen tracks north of River Nile. At Nyamusika cliffs you can enjoy the scenery as you watch the elephants and other game with a possibility of seeing Lions, Giraffes, Hartebeest, Buffaloes and Elephants as well as many of the other mammals of the park. For the birders expect to see Shoebill Stork, Secretary Bird, Bat Hawk, Red-necked Falcon, Denham’s Bustard, Senegal Thick-knee among others. Over 450 species of birds have been recorded.
In the afternoon, we shall go for a launch trip along the River Nile from Paraa to the foot of Murchison Falls where the Nile thunders through a small 7-meter gap. This is one of the highlights of the visit to Murchison Falls. This launch cruise takes about 3hours- a distance of 17km. Expect to see schools of Hippos, Crocodiles, Elephants and a variety of Bird species such as King Fishers, Fish Eagles and Bee Eaters.
Dinner and overnight at the lodge.

Day 6: Return To Kampala

After breakfast we shall cross the River Nile and proceed to the top of Murchison Falls. Thereafter we shall have a lunch stop in Masindi town before returning to Kampala or Entebbe Airport.
